Knowing Yourself
Sometimes it's difficult to explain what's wrong. You just know something isn't sitting quite right.
Let's Talk →One-to-One Coaching
You don't have to have the answers before you begin.
Current Collective didn't begin with coaching.
It began with curiosity.
I've always been fascinated by why people think, feel, and relate the way they do. Before I ever designed websites or brands, psychology was what captured my attention. At the time, though, it felt like a long and uncertain road, so I followed my creativity into design.
What surprised me was that I found myself asking the same questions.
Not about interfaces, but about the people behind them.
Working with my own therapist helped me realise there was another way to combine those interests. One built on curiosity, careful listening, and meaningful conversation. That led me into coaching, and eventually to training as a psychotherapist.
Current Collective is where those worlds meet.
I don't have
a formula.
I have curiosity.
Maybe you've been asking yourself the same questions for a while.
Why do I keep ending up here?
Why does this relationship feel familiar?
Why do I feel stuck even when life looks okay?
Curiosity is where those questions begin to turn into understanding.
I believe change is less about breakthroughs and more about paying closer attention. I sit with people in the complexity, without rushing to resolve it.
I combine thoughtful coaching with evidence-informed practice, creating a space where curiosity leads the conversation.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe they deserve space to be understood.
Good conversations take time. I don't rush to solutions, and I don't offer quick fixes. I create conditions for genuine reflection.
This isn't about diagnoses or quick fixes. It's a space designed for thoughtful conversation and genuine reflection.
I'm not interested in telling you who to be. I'm interested in exploring, together, what's already there and what might be ready to change.
I offer one-to-one coaching for people at different points in their lives. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or curious about yourself, there is space here for that.
Sometimes it's difficult to explain what's wrong. You just know something isn't sitting quite right.
Let's Talk →Relationships often show us the parts of ourselves we haven't yet understood.
Let's Talk →Some endings are obvious. Others happen quietly. Both deserve attention.
Let's Talk →I've always been fascinated by people.
Before training as a therapist, I spent over ten years teaching children and adults from different cultures and backgrounds. Every classroom reminded me that no two people experience the world differently in their own way.
That curiosity eventually led me into design. While designing products, I found myself asking many of the same questions, not just how something should work, but how people think, decide and connect.
Working with my own therapist showed me another path.
Today, Current Collective brings together design, coaching and psychotherapy training to create a thoughtful space for reflection and change.
I've started to notice that I often feel things before they make sense. Before there's language for them. Before there's evidence. Before anyone else seems to register that something has shifted.
Read →There are moments when I can't name what I'm feeling. No clear emotion attached. No obvious thought. Just a subtle sense that something has moved.
Read →Written to understand before fixing. For people who feel things early.
Follow on Substack →A discovery call is a 20-minute conversation, no pressure, no agenda. It's simply a chance to see whether we might be a good fit.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Most people don't. That's usually the point.
Most people don't know exactly what to say.
That's okay.
Just tell me whatever feels important. Tell us a little about where you're at.
